Story: The pipes were lit and the messengers arrived at the camp. They spoke to the Medicine men in warbles and caws of the buffalo that were soon to come. The people would feel a fullness in their bellies that would temper the hard winter. There would be laughter, hard work, and stories of fast buffalo ponies, strong arrows and the four messengers.
Medium: Ground mineral watercolour on Arches Coldpress paper, walnut frame, linen weave matting, conservation non-glare glass.
